1. Q: Can you recommend any floor plan to us if we are new in this market?

A: We will share some standard floor plans as well as some cases for your reference.

2. Q: What kind of insulation you are providing?

A: Nowadays, Rockwool sandwich panel is the most popular one since the fire proof of it is Grand A, not burning. Of course, we could also provide PU sandwich panel, etc. While, it depends on customers’ request.

3. Q: Do you provide good insulation since our place is extremely hot/cold?

A: The thickness of sandwich panel can be from 40mm to 120mm according to customers; and we also provide very good insulation for the roof and floor.

(Some of our competitors, they only provide insulation for the roof, but not floor. So you have to check carefully.)

4. Q: How do you transport the goods?

A: The prefab container house can be packed during transportation.

4 units (6058*2438*2896mm) can be packed and delivery as a 20HC ISO shipping container; and 6 units (5850*2438*2896mm) can be packed and loaded into a 40HC shipping container.

5. Q: What is your production capacity?

A: The production capacity could reach 600 units per month. And we have finished China Aid project for Myanmar within 10 days for 100 units.

6. How to install the container house? Can you dispatch your engineer to our site?

A: We will send you an installation video for your reference. If the engineer is needed, we could also dispatch our engineer to your place to guild the local workers for the installation.

7. What do you do for the quality control?

A: We have complete QC in the manufacturing system includes raw material; cutting/welding/rust removal/painting/electricity & packing.

8. Do you have any certificate for it?

A: We have ISO certificate, SGS as well as CE certificate. Right now, in the European market, CE certificate is a necessity for the container house project.
