Simple design service is free of charge to all clients to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with local standards. If you require more complex engineering of structures such as load baring capacities, we can also provide this service for a fee. We look forward to delivering exceptional designs and advice for your project.
Zhongnan has over 14 years manufacturing experience in modular structures and clients from all geographic regions. By now it has the capability to deliver both within budget and within the specified time period to meet the requirements of the scope of work. Production capacity at the factory is currently 30 units per day (capacity to increase) achieved from over 100 full time factory workers and over 15,000 sqm of factory under roof.
Zhongnan Modules has been endorsed and tested to meet specific standards in various geographical regions such as CE in Europe and compliance with the Australian Building Code has already been certified through an independent Engineering report. The factory has adapted ISO 9001 and SGS management system and energy efficiency. Quality control (QC) is one of the most critical elements of any project and our QC staffs are knowledgeable and pay attention to detail on the production quality of what is being supplied to all our customers.
Whilst the factory specialized in the production of flat-pack container house from 10ft up to 40ft in size, we also produce modified shipping container conversions and specialized steel structures such as explosion rooms, spray booths, chemical storage containers etc. If you have a specific requirement for specialized steel structures then please contact us.
Projects can be assisted by our construction team. We have the capacity to provide civil work as well as erection of any complex building design. We also provide an advisory service to assist on the construction requirements of the project and full project management if required. With the capacity to utilize skilled personal from around the globe you can be assured your construction crew will efficiently simplify the construction process of any project. If needed, we will dispatch our professional workers to conduct assembling guide or technical support for you on site. We're at your service!
Zhongnan Modules can be transported and shipped worldwide. The package is flat packed. Prices are available upon request.
